Extension and major refurbishment works comprised a new bedroom with en-suite, study, W.C, utility room, hall and lobby. The kitchen was re-modelled, full re-wiring, re-decoration and central heating system were installed. A gated entrance, drive, car park and outbuildings were constructed externally.
